He graduated from University of Ibagué in Financial Administration; he is an expert in Chinese and Latin American culture. He has lived in Guangzhou for over 11 years. Has a lot of experience in international business, with language skills in Spanish, English and Mandarin Chinese.
Since 2008, he has worked with clients and investors from Colombia in the execution of high-level innovation projects. He is in charge of representing companies in China, of the development of operations in integral logistics, quality control, imports, exports, and specialized consultancies in diverse sectors such as: textile, footwear, construction, machinery, among others, as well as setup business missions and management meeting agendas at the Canton fair in 20 occasions.
ANDRES BASTO SALAZAR

With an experience in the Chinese market for over 8 years, advising Latin American companies in purchases and foreign trade business development.
He lived in China for 7 years, being in charge of logistics and commercial management: to locate, qualify and define suitable providers according to his clients needs. Because of this he has attended to more than 16 Canton fairs, which gives him an extensive expertise in organization of trade missions.
Because of the need of the Colombian market to receive advice for being able to commercialize with China, he decided to work time- sharing between Colombia and China in the last two years, in order to become an articulator of projects, taking advantage of his wide knowledge of technical, commercial and social conditions of both regions.
